Diana teaches Spanish
Hola! My name is Diana, I'm from Madrid, and I’ve been living in Australia for over 6 years. Very young I wanted to study Tourism, travel the world and open my view to other cultures. I lived in Ireland and travelled in many countries in Europe and America. I taught in Spain in many areas and worked in Cultural Centres teaching all ages from kids to adults. When I moved to Mornington, I taught at the U3A. This experience was for me a treasure, especially the people that I had the opportunity to meet there. And for over 4 years I have enjoyed being part of MPLCS. I love to share my culture and for me, it is great when I see my students speaking in my language, it makes me so happy. Looking forward to meeting you soon. Nos vemos pronto!

Hello, Hola, Bonjour, Ciao and 你好!I am Tony Qiu who is crazy about languages so much so that I choose teaching English, French and Chinese as my job for respectively 15, 6 and 3 years. I am very good at teaching the essentials of languages such as the formations of vocabulary and characters, the essential grammatical structures besides the standard pronunciation and intonation, which are ,of course, also quite important. Languages are the trove that we can use to communicate with others , what’s more, they are more likely to be the treasure that should be delivered with passion, enthusiasm, dedication and professionalism. So, if you are someone who’d like to explore the bonanza of Chinese or English, welcome to our learning group to make it come true!

Christina teaches German
Hallo! My name is Christina and I've lived in Australia for 25 years. I live in Frankston with my husband, three children (12-18) and 8 pets. Early on I wanted to work with children, so I decided to assist in a kindergarten for a year after finishing my “Abitur” at school. I then obtained a Diploma in Social Work in 1997 before coming to Australia, not knowing I would stay. I spent my first years being an assistant at a special needs school and a support worker. My hobbies include reading, laughing with friends, dancing and singing. And for the last few years I've been teaching yoga and Pilates-inspired exercise classes, which is lots of fun. I'm really enjoying my German sessions with the kids at MPLCS as I can combine many of the things I’ve done in my life – including singing german children’s songs again! Bis bald!
